RBG’s Death, Throws Wrench In Stimulus Check Progress, I Fear

Oh my, just when the stimulus check looked like it might get to the finish line in the next week or so, The sad news of the death of Ruth Bader Ginsberg. Now of course, McConnell has vowed to do the opposite in the shadow of an election, than he did to Merrit Garland back in 2016. And of course, the Democrats are certain to fight to keep that appointment vacant until after the election.

And that, that digging in the heals on both sides, may just spell catastrophe for a second(and maybe third)stimulus check. I cannot imagine McConnell not holding the checks hostage in an effort to stop the Democrats slow walking the nomination of her replacement to until after the election.
